How to submit your contribution to the conference

The author of a paper is responsible for correctness, accuracy and originality and for meeting the formal requirements. The formal requirements of papers for review are specified in THE PAPER TEMPLATE. Please, upload paper for review to the TakePlace system without identifying the author(s) (by name, affiliation and acknowledgement) in PDF. Include the author information when uploading the final paper (TEMPLATE), on the title page of the paper TEMPLATE in docx, doc.

Length of papers is max. 8 pages (including abstract and literature).
The paper should refer to significant sources, particularly scientific journals and conference proceedings listed in the Web of Knowledge databases. Each reference must be mentioned in the text as a continuous quotation and vice versa.

Conference organizers reserve the right to return any paper that does not meet the required paper template or fit the conference topics.

Posters

The authors, whose papers are not directly discussed in the sessions can present posters to be displayed during the conference.

Feel free to make use of our poster template (recommended size – A1: 594×841 mm): THE POSTER TEMPLATE (1) OR THE POSTER TEMPLATE (2)

Just try to keep your poster to 800 words or less (without references and figure legends). A person could fully read your poster in under 5 minutes.

If you decide to present yours paper in the form of a poster, please inform the organizers.

Peer review process

All papers are subject to a double-blind peer review process. Program Committee decisions are based on reviewer recommendations and the evaluation of the final version of the paper.

Papers are evaluated on the basis of seven criteria, as outlined in the template review. However, the results of the review process are directly available in TakePlace system.

If the reviewers require modifications to a paper, the author will be asked to submit a new file (with a corrected paper – Final Paper) and list all of the changes in an accompanying document (on the last page of the Final Paper). If the author does not accept the proposed changes, the reasons for the refusal should be submitted in an accompanying document.

Papers for the Review of Economic Perspectives journal

Extended versions of presented papers are welcomed in the peer-review process of Review of Economic Perspectives. Papers should be submitted by e-mail to the address of the editor. Papers have to be written using an MS Office Word template. Papers written in other programs can only be sent with the prior agreement of the editor. The journal primarily publishes extensive papers. The recommended length of manuscripts is 20 to 30 standard pages (40,000 to 60,000 characters).
